Upcoming Carnivals
Manual Entry cards will be provided to Parents at Club events in advance of upcoming carnivals. It is the responsibility of parents to return Entry cards to the Race Secretary by the due date.
Some carnivals, as listed by NSW Swimming, provide for Online Entries where the swimmer has qualified using an eligible time.

Please read the information below on the use of converted times:
The following rules now apply for qualifying purposes:-
- (i) When qualifying for Long Course Championships, swimmers can use either a Long Course or Short Course qualifying time, however if entering using a Short Course time, their entry time will be equal to the qualifying time for that event.
- (ii) When qualifying for Short Course Championships, swimmers can use either a Long Course or Short Course qualifying time.
NOTE: Short course Times CANNOT be used for Long Course National Championships  
Swimming Costumes
All swimwear worn by competitors in Age Group Events (18 & under) conducted in NSW by Swimming NSW and any Member Associations shall be commercially available products.
Swimwear worn by competitors in Age Group Events conducted in NSW by Swimming NSW and any Member Associations shall conform to the following design - effective 1st April 2009
- (i) Mens swimwear is limited to one (1) swimsuit that covers at most the body surface from hips to knee. Swimwear may not extend above the waist or below the knees.
- (ii) Womens swimwear is limited to one (1) swimsuit that is of "open back" and "open shoulder" designs that may extend down to the knee. Swimwear must not extend below the knees.
- (iii) Swimwear must not have a zipper or any type of fastening system.
For the purposes of these General Rules, one (1) swimsuit may include the wearing of a single pair of "briefs" or "bikini bottoms" to ensure the modesty and privacy of swimmers.
